Kenny Coltman: Kenny is the tallest chef in Europe, probably. He has worked in several top class restaurants and hotels and is now Executive Head Chef at the Caledonian Hilton in Edinburgh.

Toby Watts: Local gallery owner and picture framer is a very well known figure in Peebles with a keen interest in food, wine and beer, especially beer….…..

Val Brunton: The effervescent Mrs Brunton is the owner of the very popular local restaurant the Sunflower which has won numerous awards including best restaurant in the Borders and best vegetarian restaurant in the Borders, but don’t hold the last one against her.

Kate Innes: Kate is the owner of the Tontine hotel which has developed a reputation as the place to stay in the centre of Peebles.

Charles Cormack: Local raconteur, bon viveur and entrepreneur Charles has his fingers in more pies than Mr Kipling and his contacts have proved invaluable in organising the festival.

Kenny Vannan: Kenny is a director of the very well regarded local wine retailer Villeneuve wines and a huge Deep Purple fan. He has forgotten more about wine than most people ever know!
